PlayStation®Plus for PlayStation®Vita available next week – Take the Tour

Some of you have already started asking about PlayStation®Plus for PlayStation®Vita, and we are excited to reveal that PS Plus will be available on November 21st as part of the next PS Vita System Software Update (v2.00) in Asia.

Today, we would like to give you a preview on the games available on PS Plus for PS Vita and all of the benefits and features that PS Plus has to offer. Currently available for the PlayStation®3 system, PS Plus will offer exclusive discounts and bonus features for PS Vita members that include the following:

Free to Play: Unlimited access to a regularly refreshed selection of full version games as long as your membership is active.
Discounts: Take advantage of exclusive discounts on games and DLCs for your PS Vita.
Online Game Storage: PS Plus also provides online storage of up to 2GB for game saves (1GB on PS3™ and 1GB on PS Vita).
Automatic Updates: PS Vita will automatically start up at a designated time to download and install select game demos and game updates as well as system software updates and start standby mode upon completion.
Automatic Trophy sync: Trophy information will be synched to PSN servers automatically via PS Vita.

Once you update your PS Vita to v2.00 when this new version is available on PS Store next Wednesday, PS Plus members will be able to download the Free to Play games which includes PS Vita games “Uncharted: Golden Abyss”, “Unit 13”, as well as the PlayStation® Classic hit “THE KING OF FIGHTERS'98” and “TEKKEN® 2”. Furthermore, Asia PS Plus members will have worldwide exclusive access to “Rocketbirds: Hardboiled Chicken” on PS Vita!

Don’t forget that PS3™ users with an existing PS Plus membership will be able to enjoy PS Plus features and services on both PS3™ and PS Vita systems at no additional cost. You will be able to choose between the two subscription options -- a 30-day plan for HKD38 and a 365-day plan for HKD233.

With the benefits of PS Plus and the biggest and best software titles available such as “Assassins Creed® III: Liberation”, “Call of Duty Black Ops: Declassified” and “PlayStation All-Stars Battle Royale”, there has never been a better time to invest in the most powerful portable entertainment system.

PS Plus Online Game Saves Storage Enlarged to 1GB & September Offers Update

If you’ve already updated your PlayStation®3 system software version to 4.25, you should have already realized that the cloud storage for game saves is upgraded from 150MB to 1GB. This means you’ll never have to worry about running out of space for your game saves!
